Cannot Have Fun in California February 9, 2023 Reviewer: Tombrider from San Rafael, CA United States   I have an 21 FLHC 107.  As everyone knows,  I cannot buy any tuner for a Harley in California, nor Tab mufflers.   But I want more power.  I decided to see if I could find a set of non catalyst mufflers used on ebay. I got lucky, although not the Tab brand they fit and sound nice.  I also wanted a bit more air flow, K&N could work.  So with these minor mods, the bike definitely runs better than stock without a tune.  The Heritage sounds great and pulls much better than stock.    The K&N filter it is a legal upgrade.  Bo was great and made sure it was shipped asap with the advertised free shipping.  In conclusion, I wanted to see if it was my imagination or not, I put the stock mufflers back on and the stock air filter.  I could not believe how much better the bike ran with the aftermarket slip ons and the K&N.  And without a tune.  So I am happier than a pig eating slop!
