4 of 5 Tab Redline 2-1 July 3, 2025
Reviewer: JP
This exhaust is much quieter than my 2-1-2 exhaust I had set up on my 117 however it was lacking from 3-4000rpm. So I wanted to try a 2-1 to solve the issue. The bike runs awesome with this pipe and my 468 cam theres a few things I dislike as mentioned here, the header heat shields don't fully cover at the part where the two pipes meet so you see a hint of the chrome pipe behind the heat shields and on a blacked out bike it stands out like crazy! Hopefully they come up with a louder baffle to run in this pipe as you basically don't even realize you have an aftermarket exhaust on at a cruising speed. There's two spacers needed to mount at the saddle bag which is a bit goofy but you don't really notice unless standing behind the bike. It's a decent pipe, time will tell if I keep it on or end up getting something a bit louder since I miss the bark of the 2-1-2 and rather be heard than not

5 of 5 Well worth the cost. June 30, 2025
Reviewer: Jason Lawrence from Caddo Mills TX, United States
Have a 22 RG, ran Tab slip-ons then swapped to TBR 2 to 1 after a cam change. Two years later I cam swapped to a Star 30/30, the TBR was still great but felt I was lacking low end torque. I found that Tab made a 2 to 1 and after a 2200 mile trip I can say it was worth the cost. It complements the 30/30 very well, low end torque loss was solved. Sound is on par with what I would expect from Tab, instal was a breeze. Only problem is if you are running Performance Machine axle adjusters you will have to trim about a half inch off the adjuster, it’s on a non critical area so not a concern. My only semi complaint is the head pipe and the coating on it. Not sure if it’s chrome or polished but if you get black, the rear heat shield doesn’t completely cover the head pipe and you can see a part of it.  I have zero chrome (powder coated everything black) and now I have a little spot of chrome showing.  Not a big deal, but drives my OCD crazy. All in all, great product from a great company!

4 of 5 Not as loud as I expected March 14, 2025
Reviewer: Architect
I swapped out a SE decatted head pipe with Vance and Hines High Outputs for this 2 into 1 Redline. The performance improvement is noticeable right away, can feel consistent power across the board. Mind you this is on a crate 131 motor. It is nowhere near as loud as my Tab 2 into 2  with zombies 4.5 on my Road King 114 with a cam. I would say the redline series sounds like a gentleman's exhaust. You're not going to annoy neighbors starting it up and at low speeds. You will only hear it when you get on the throttle hard with your bike.

3 of 5 2:1 redline March 4, 2025

Not as loud as the zombies but still bark. Nice pipe however I really dislike the look of needing the spacers under the saddlebag. Not as noticeable from the side but I think it looks goofy hanging down in the back. Just makes the fit seem like time ran out when making them and thought oh well lets just put a spacer to fill the gap. Maybe there’s a reason behind it I don’t know but other companies seem to be able to have there’s tucked up nice. I have really only run tabs on all my bikes I’ve owned and do like these except for those spacers needing to be used.

Fantastic fit, finish and sound. Needs better baffle or more baffle options for those that care a bit more about performance since this is a performance series.
