Saw some reviews of the Red Line product on the interest and decided to order a set for my new Road Glide. Got to hear them for real at the TAB Daytona bike week pavilion - nice, loud. When I received them, one of the pipes had a small scratch (1/8") in the chrome which I only brought to TAB's attention to make them aware so they could provide feedback to the mfg. department. However, in communication with TAB (Scott), he asked several questions and requested a photo. After seeing the photo, he decided to replace the pipe and requested I send the original one back. Again, that was not my intent or concern. I simply wanted them to keep making great pipes for the riding community. The replacement was received; all this occurred quickly and easily. I fully appreciate the effort TAB made to stand behind their product by offering the replacement. Can't wait until I install them on the bike. Buy the pipes and get impeccable service with TAB. What a great combination.
