Mufflers April 29, 2024 Reviewer: David Hamby from Andalusia, AL United States   I received two 4.5 B.A.M. mufflers, however one muffler was not completely built. The muffler did not have brackets wielded on and it did not have a dimple to make room for the shock. I emailed about the problem and received and response within an hour or two. A new muffler was shipped with a return label. The new muffler was correct and I was able to install them. Mistakes happen, it’s part of life. However, the guy was very quick with his response and took blame for the mistake. In the end I did have a good experience with returning the muffler. They sound amazing. Upgrade to Tabs March 22, 2024 Reviewer: Michael Burke from Suwanee, GA United States   Outstanding product. Fast shipping. Install directions were spot on. Howeve, it does take longer than the video indicates. Took a while to get old pipes out and getting the old clamp on the new pipes was trickier than it shows. My clamps were reall hard to fit and there was a piece that kept getting stuck in the tab cutouts. Once I realigned the clamp on the bike, I got it to go. Other wise it was a straight forward easy install. And they sound awesome. I just love that low rumble I get. 2022 Road King. I think the 107 sounds better than the 117.
