Disappointed April 6, 2021 Reviewer: Richard Hathaway from Cantonment , FL United States   The kit showed up missing the most important pieces. I reached out to get the missing pieces and was told they would be overnighted to me. Almost a week later the parts showed up. Buy a cheap kit off eBay. At least all your parts will show up at the same time. I would never recommend this kit to anyone TAB Response - There was a part missing from the kit and our intention was to send it Next Day Air from the supplier of the kit, but it was not done the day we intended which was a miscommunication between us and Xotic Customs.  We understand the frustration, but best intentions were made to make it right. Wrong kit sent November 6, 2020 Reviewer: Eddie Manhanzva from Victoria, Australia   Hi guys Thank you so much for super fast postage. Got my item within 5 days, US - Australia . Unfortunately, i ordered the kit for my 2014  vrod. Instead of getting the airshocks and compressor kit. I received the air tank for a bagger and no shocks in the kit , even. I only opened the box today and despote my dissapointment, i hope that the correct kit will be sent, asap seeing christmas is around the corner and dont want to wait another lot of weeks to get the kit. I really hope this can be resolved asap. I will call xotic customs in the morning to resolve this. Thanks guys Looking forward to a speedy resolution Was this review helpful to you?

Tail dragged air ride system April 5, 2019 Reviewer: Nicholas from Ormond Beach , FL United States   Good price and there’s a great instruction video through TAB. Shocks seem a little “thrown together” and not very good looking but no issues with them so far. I did have to contact Xotic customs because the kit was missing a part. Was this review helpful to you?
