TAB Performance, Inc. offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns

You may return any TAB Performance product within 30 days of it being delivered to you for a full refund (excluding shipping), hassle free, as long as you meet the following criteria:
  1. You have not used or installed the product.
  2. It is returned in the same condition it was shipped in.
Additional Return Conditions:
  1. In order to receive a full refund, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped in and cannot have been installed.
  2. Even if you have not opened the box yet, you will need to check the parts to ensure there are no issues, before sending it back to us. Parts returned with any damage not reported upon receipt will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Parts should be properly packaged in the same or similar packaging they were shipped in. Items damaged in return shipping due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
  4. Be sure to include all components. Items returned with missing components will not be eligible for a full refund.
  5. Make sure that the parts are separated and tightly packaged in the box. You may use the box they came in to return them, if it is in good enough shape. If the box is damaged you may want to think about returning them using a new box.
  6. After packaging the parts shake the box lightly. If you can feel the parts moving around you have not packaged them tightly enough and you will want to add more packaging material.
  7. Until the package arrives at our facility in good condition you will be responsible for it.
  8. Return shipping charges will be deducted from final refund. If the product was shipped to you via a free shipping method, then shipping cost both ways will be deducted from the refund.
  9. We will process returns weekly, please allow 7-10 business days from the time it is delivered to us, to processing your refund. It can take the bank an additional 2-3 days for your bank to settle the transaction and for it to show up in your account. If you have not seen the refund in your account within 20 business days of shipping the return please contact us.

Start Return Process

If you received a damaged or wrong product, are missing an item, live outside of the United States, have a warranty issue, are outside of the 30 day window, would like to use your own carrier, or need to return a product for any other reason you must send us an email through our Contact Us page or call +1 (402) 413-5090 to obtain an RA# before shipping it back. The RA# should be clearly written on the outside of the box.
