Which Baffle Core Is Right for You?
1.75" Louvered Baffle – Deep and Mellow
- Slightly louder than stock—without being aggressive
- Narrow louvered core increases exhaust velocity
- Excellent for low-end torque and cruising
- Ideal for long-distance riders or those who want to hear their radio
2.5" Louvered Baffle – Mid-Range Rumble
- Spiraled louvered core delivers strong low-end and mid-range torque
- Deeper, louder tone—noticeably louder than stock
- Performs well across the RPM range
- Great choice for daily riders and performance-minded cruisers
Zombie Baffle – Aggressive and Loud
- Free-flowing, open-core design
- Delivers maximum volume and a very aggressive tone
- Optimized for mid- to high-RPM horsepower
- Rumored to be one of the loudest baffles on the market

How Do I Order the Right Baffle?
When you purchase a set of BAM Stick Slip-On Mufflers, your choice of baffle is included at no extra cost.
Already have BAM Sticks and want to swap baffles? No problem—just order your preferred size as a replacement, but remember:
❗ TAB Performance baffles are only compatible with TAB Performance BAM Stick Slip-Ons. They do not fit other aftermarket mufflers.
