Shipping & Deliveries

Most orders placed before 12:00 pm (Noon) U.S. Central Standard Time will go out the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.
UPS is our preferred shipping carrier for both domestic and international shipments. It's is highly recommended that you choose UPS when checking out if at all possible. The benefits of selecting UPS are listed below:
    1. Tracking from pickup to delivery. (with USPS tracking is lost as soon as it leaves the U.S.)
    2. Faster more relieable shipping with less damaged goods issues (If you decide to go with USPS damaged or lost goods may not be covered.)
    3. Electronic Customs forms submission for faster processing.
In some cases the United States Postal Service (USPS) may be your only option, such as APO, and PO Boxes. For these reasons we have left USPS as an option when checking out, but again if at all possible it is highly recommended that you select UPS as your carrier during checkout.

Duties, Taxes, & Fees: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. Any applicable duties, taxes or fees will be collected upon delivery by the carrier. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we only charge for the transportation cost of the package. You should check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
