I purchased the 4.5 medium baffles to replace the zombies.  This accomplished my goal of quieting the exhaust down a bit so I can hear the radio better and my wife who also rides quite a bit with me.  I do a lot of long runs and touring across the United States and wanted to enjoy the experience with a little less noise.  Great product for reducing the decibles but still having that great low rumble and sound.   I also packed wrapped the baffles with some fiberglass packing purchased off Amazon, this fiberglass mod probably helped just. little compared to just running the baffles by themselves.
